Pharmacy Management System

Built for retail chemists: prescription records, batch-wise stock, and expiry alerts so nothing short-dated sits on the shelf unnoticed. We're building this with pharmacy owners the same way we built Girvi — around how the counter actually runs.

What we're building

A digital prescription and stock register, built the same way as Girvi

Pharmacy Management System is being designed the same way every Alankar product starts: by sitting down with the people who'll actually use it. For a pharmacy, that means solving the two things that matter most at the counter — knowing exactly what's in stock and how soon it expires, and never losing track of a prescription.

Like our other products, it's being built to run fully offline on the pharmacy's own computer, so it keeps working through a power cut or a slow connection — nothing waits on the internet.

Planned for launch

What Pharmacy Management System is being built to do

These are the features on our roadmap — not yet live, and subject to change as we build with real pharmacy owners.

01

Prescription records

Searchable by patient or date, replacing the paper prescription file.

02

Batch & expiry tracking

Every batch tracked from purchase through to sale.

03

Short-dated stock alerts

Flags anything approaching its expiry before it becomes a write-off.

04

Offline-first

Built to run on your own computer — the same as our other products.

05

Built with pharmacy owners

Designed around how a pharmacy counter actually runs, not a generic template.

06
